How to Submit a Withdrawal or Refund Request

Please complete the form below if you wish to request a withdrawal from your purchase or a refund.

Once submitted:

• We will acknowledge receipt of your request by email.
• We will review your request in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer protection laws.
• We aim to respond within 5 working days.
• Approved refunds will normally be processed within 14 days of the refund decision.
