Supporting a purposeful centre
It is with great pleasure that we can introduce to you Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre. This is a remarkable centre run by a remarkable lady Sister Mary Joy.
The Centre is a registered charity providing riding and equine therapy for children, specialising in those with special needs and physical disabilities.
Over the years the Pony Centre has grown from 3 ponies and hand built stables to a professional establishment with a traditional stable yard that homes the 20 horses and ponies.
There is also a large indoor riding arena built in 1994 through the BBC Challenge Anneka.
This clip shows a fraction of what makes this a very special place

Turn down just past the flats & KAA school onto the park lane. This lane leads straight down to the Wormwood Scrubs Pony Centre. The centre is on the right-hand side at the bottom of the lane.
