Techniques: imagination now, real now, flow rating.
quiet, good amount of time, full attention.
Real Now
(has dogs as his mentors ie can ask for advice etc)
can connect with the essense of the animal who has moved on.
focus on senses - see, hear, touch smell, taste. if we focus on these around us - we become present
to make it quickes - only focus on three senses -Â
seeing = 4
hearing = 4
touching = 3
smell = 2
taste = 3
ie bringing in your 3 senses (seeing, hearing, touching - all at once - to keep ou from thinking - ie keeping mind quiet.
Real now use: bring attention to the 3 senses to quieten the mind; then put feeling attention to the animal - photo or animal in front of me; keep repeating thei name in my mind unitl i have the feeling I have their attention - ie aniaml might not be sitting and staring at you; then explin hwo I am and what my purpose is - ie communication fo rthem and their human to bring them closer together/ make their lives better; then aks simple questions:
whats your charater like
how are you physically
what things do you enjoy
what don't you like
and when I think the quesions, it produces a feeling which is then picked up by the animal.
there will always be a feeling that comes back

Getting present by using the senses that are in your imagination
Beach
Explore now using senses:
what (3 things) can I:
see - water, sanddunes, glenelg in distance
hear - waves, birds, wind
touch - sand beneath feet, water/cool, warmth of sun on face
smell - salty water, fishy smell, seaweed
taste - salty air in mouth, moisture in mouth, neutral
Finding your special place
Area in your imagintion where you can invite animals in the communicate with them.
Rock pool cavern [have changed this to campfire]
A path - the animal communicator...
"please can you make it even more comfortable in here for me..."
Once you go to your special place and get yourself comfy and present - ask your place - "please will you make it welcoming for [name of animal]".Â
Some changes may then occur with the place....ther campfire may even disappear and we may end up somewhere else (eg for a horse - may end up in a meadow).
ie be flexible and open to accept that animal..go with the flow.
then invite animl in...a lot of info cn be gained as they come in - body posture, eyes, movement, ...
however the animal comes in give then space to let them settle down...
then introduce yourself, explain your purpose and ask questions...
a feeling language...
what comes back from the animal (the feeling that comes from the animal) may be in different ways - a voice, visiual, movement, touch, - ie great indications as to the eg charater of the animal - ie in imagination now...
ie be aware of all of my senses.
PRACTICE - go to your special place, get used to it, use your senses there so that you can find your presence there and enjoy, have fun.
Connection to the all knowing
the all knowing part of you...eg heart mind...wiser part of you.
Connection to the all knowing
the all knowing part of you - heart-mind, wiser part of you - not affected by doubts of thinking mind.
could come in as - an animal, a person, energy, source of light, feeling

relax, open your heart, respect, love...[stopping, quietening, becoming present, feeling is calm, love]
thank you - can you please accompany me on communications to help and advise me - yes, of course...
Flow Writing
Feeling focus needs to come outside self, to be present and sharing it.
To achieve that state -we are going to pretend that we are the animal and write the info down.
1. create a voice for the animal
2. using that voice in your mind - come from the animals perspective.
3. rather than asking questions you are making statements - e.g. physiclly I am....
4. at same time, voice of aniaml in your mind and writing as fast as you can.
5. ie keeping your feeling attention with them; writing as fast as you can keeps mind occupied. ie keeps you in present state.Â
repeat the statement (eg physiclly I am ...) as many times as you need to, until it starts flowing.
if you have info and it stops, repeat: and...and...and...until it starts flowing again.
we become one - we merge and become one being...
PRACTICE IT
with all knowing part of you that can already communicate with animals - what type of voice would it have ... now - using that voice in your mind and putting pen to paper: the best advice I can give you for your animal communication is...' and then flow with it in that voice...just keep repeating and...and...and...
[I got: relax, go slow, let go of expecttions, you've got this, you've been doing it anyway - when you are not stressed/distressed].
