TT recognises that animals and human share feelings. Involves mindfulness in that interaction. Produces peace of mind. Not engaged in thinking. Thinking = increased energy. Not engaged in thinking, reduce thinking, reduce energy. Physical, emotional (thinking), spiritual (peace of mind). Focus in right area, spiritual place. We are right here, right now (present moment). Focus, keep still, enter that PM easily. Go at at the animal's pace using Regard. Video. Sat on ground, staring....actually delivering Mindful Regard at animal's pace. Going at animal's pace to reducing thinking levels - in a true Regard sense. Practising MR with an animal, is actually working at their pace.
JS understanding: "Regard is observation, empathy, respect/regard - total package of reaching out to the animal and understanding the animal".
JF: When we are really mindful, what we're saying to the animal is, "Right now be peaceful". Bring animal's mind down until they can experience pure peace. Produce true state of trust. e.g in car, falling asleep, when someone driving.Â
MR - true sense is that we work at animal's pace. If we slow down, we can see their pace.
JS: Finding the stillness. In stillness you can think properly, feel and be clear.
JF: Help people to help animals. TT.
