Slow down my thinking so I can re-connect and hear what it is I really want to do next. When I start to think up lots of options then I get confused. Slow down, re-connect and the then decide.
Where am I on that scale of Peaceful -to Fearful? If I am at about 4-5 I can easily learn something. 0 is deep meditation, and 10 is panic. Same for dogs and horses.
