Reducing thinking levels
There are three principles
Thinking levels: more you think the more disconnected you become
1. Creative Reaction: building trust and connection with presence. Working with a focused technique - mindful regard, listening state.Â
Animals and people share feelings. Having tools to reduce thinking levels in high stressful situations.Â
2. Realised Learning - mindful regard and distance and learning. Put animals' opinion before our agenda, put them first, move past judgement. Take responsibility. Change the environment. non reaction is a state of acceptance. Â
A still mind nurtures trust. Â
Let it go equation. Acknowledge + acceptance - thinking = let it go
Connection is stronger than control (boss theory, controlling with fear)
3. Trusted cooperation. Next level of intuitive communication. Â
Corporative spirit, trusted corporation - not competing. Â
Two techniques: working with gratitude (invitation and reward) and intuitive connectionÂ
Co-operative spirit: shared listening state. Create lowering thinking. Creative communication requires listen. Break task down into easy actions. Then acknowledge, ie well done. Well timed reward. Then reduce thinking levels so animal realises the reward. Â
When peaceful, your mind is in a listening state. Feeling is the main source of communication. Feeling comes first and creates the tone of voice. Â
Mindful regard: sensitive to each other's feelings. Sensitivity gets transformed. Sensitive animals know how to listen. Â
Teaching instead of training.
Putting animals' opinion before our agenda is a must. Â
