Trust technique
is a method to reduce thinking levelsÂ
to promote trust, connection, confidence and communicationÂ
3 main principles
1. Creative reaction: building trust and connectionÂ
2. Realisation reaction: overcome problemsÂ
3. Trusted cooperation: developing communication within a mutuel benefitÂ
--------
The more we think the more disconnected we are. On a scale from 0 tot 10. 0 = peaceful, 10 = fearful. From 7 = overthinking = overexcitement . 4/5 = measured, ability to listen and learn. 2/3 = much more aware of surrounding. 0/1 = deep state of meditation, deep connection with others and yourself = healing = release in REM sleep
------
Creative reaction Â
= building of trust and connection with the use of presenceÂ
--> right now you can be peaceful = is a peace of mind = not words but feeling, not thinking stateÂ
--> reducing the state of thinking levels whilst holding a state of listening = mindful regard = focus presenceÂ
--> learning not to react to the overthinking behaviour because it's causing a negative spiralÂ
--> learning to control our own overthinking because sensitive animals are reacting to us and causes a negative spiralÂ
--> life attraction: the story of the life of the animal and the person are similarÂ
------
Realisation LearningÂ
Behavioral problem --> hard to get attention from animal. if person succeed in getting attention by reasing voice and physically correcting, it means that the person too reases their thinking level to match the animal. Now both are in a reactive state and that creates negative repetition. They both learn to be more reactive.Â
You can not force an animal to be confident but we can create an environment where they learn confidence themselves.Â
Slow is definitely the new fastÂ
Perception is based on how we feel. Fear of the (un)known will create high thinking levels. Reaction to fear creates more fear in your life. --> change the feeling (thinking level) to change the perception ---> from there you can create new beliefsÂ
So realisation learning :
- how to create an environment conducive to change
- how to be in an non reactive state when the animal gets in an overthinking state. Non reaction is a state of acceptance (no judgements). Stay out of judgement (good or bad). That gives permission to blame, become frustrated or be dominant.
- how to reduce the thinking levels of the animal at their pace relative tot the situation. A still mind nurtures trust.Â
- how to support their learning by keeping their thinking levels lowÂ
Courage is having fear and do it anyway not the same as peaceful = without fearÂ
Acknowledgement the problem + acceptance ( opinion of the animal is more important then our agenda --> changing environment) - thinking = let go the fearÂ
Connection is stronger than controlÂ
