If an animal needs to be at least at a 4 or 5 to be able to learn. When the two LL's prey drive is high, are they unable to learn? I guess so as their ability to hear me, disappears as all their senses are focused on the potential hunt. I would need to learn strategies to reduce the prey drive to bring their senses back in to a 'listening' scale. Reducing their thinking levels.

When your animal is heightened/over thinking, change the environment as it's difficult to reduce their thinking levels if they remain in that environment.
Non reaction is a state of acceptance. Do not judge their behaviour as good and bad. Blame leads to frustration for us and them. It's all about connection.
Acknowledgement plus acceptance minus thinking = let go
