Section 7. Brio.
Where did all the Brio notes go?!?!?
When you work with picking up feelings with animals, it's quite natural and VERY EASY. So all we are doing is connecting to the animal's FEELING. There is a continuation of spirit that goes on.
In animal communication there are simple steps.
First:
You imagine them! Either through the photograph or the way you remember them. And as if you were going to describe them to someone.  Anyway, that's what you are connecting to, to them, the easiest way for you.
The second step is:Â
You will call your pets name, in your mind, until you feel you have their attention. Now that ensures you put your full attention onto the pet. Which is where you need to be to feel another being to be right with them.
Then you are going to say a statement with a lot of feeling, as you are giving a FEELING OUT. And you will receive a feeling back.
So that is the simple process of connecting with another being.
So to start with, your going to have to learn how to quiet your mind.Â
Because if you go, 'oh I don't know how to do this?!' Well you'll never get your attention onto the animal. Because you will be too into your SELF.
So this quieting of the mind is also used for the Trust Technique.  So the way we teach this, is that we are looking at 'Being' instead of 'thinking'. Â
So when we are thinking we have thoughts in your mind that produce a feeling. So enough of THAT feeling makes us think even more and then it spirals... In other words if you have an anxious feeling it makes you worry and then that escalates and makes you worry more and think and feel more etc...
BEING on the other hand, is just like being here in the room, without thinking. When we are thinking we are usually going backwards and/or forwards in time. Its just NOT being PRESENT.Â
So the present moment is the place where we are the most peaceful.  Peace of mind means there isn't any thoughts jumbling around up there.
