Sisters (Cats) - video 1
Stage 1 of the TT
Being in their space.
Quietening the mind & bringing everyone's mind down with him.
[J is standing up].
Mum is in the space:
Ears twitching, eyes sleepy.
Daughter, not so...wary eye towards J.....
gradually mind coming down, eyes sleepy (Level 2)....
Micro feelings.....reduce to 1/2 out of 10....stroking...thinking went up to 4....uncomfortable.....moved away....go back to stage 1....kept working through this...reduced thinking..then went back to stroking her....thinking back up, but now to 2 or 3.....then bring her back down again....so last stroke way more productive...then worked on sister....already in feeling of TT - other animals/neighbours will feel it.....Mum can see a difference in her children....
At the beginning it may feel slow but so effective.... m(i.e in a group, if one person nervous....if they chill out, everyone chills out...)
Mum has sames concerns for her children (kittens). Relief for mum. Weight off her mind. Feel responsibility.
How to use Stage 1.
Everything much calmer...can stroke kittens with no more hissing.....
Get Present, keep eye on cat, but not full attention....

Start off second day, with similar way to how started day 1.
Have a present state of mind
Have the animals's attention so can influence them and bring thinking levels right down into a calm and peaceful state.
Then can start working with them, teach them that they can be relaxed around humans.
Important - My focus is on being present. When being present, peripheral vision becomes fuzzy and soft - with that, animals pick up on this feeling and their minds become more and more relaxed so they enter trance like state.
Keep their minds nice and quiet. Lots of stroking, normal things to do with a kitten. If mind comes back up - help them to come back down again [notice cat next door was high level, now picking up on feeling and his mind coming down too].
Lots of activity, stroking.....working with their mindset - being present....but then normal and conscious, working through different areas of their body....if their minds raise to level 3/4, then go back to being present...and repeat the process.. [next door has gone to sleep, snoring...peace of mind]....
Jan came back in, with high thinking, raised thinking of kittens, eyes opened....get present, watch eyes....get sleepy.....
Get present...focus on your senses and what you can see, hear or touch...the more you concentrate....the more you concentrate on them, the more you move your attention away from your own thoughts...and enter a place of being...
The next stage...stroke, move away....and they ask for more...(different from day 1)...
Now feels like a good time to progress...lifting up......as soon as feel a reaction.....PM ....let mind go back down...lifting....how far to take her ....gently placing her down, and allow her mind to soften.....back to stroking...
Placing hand near to kitten. Brings their attention towards James...so when attention towards him and he's present, it brings them into a peaceful mindset quicker. Quicker and deeper mindset means more activities that can be done, without them reacting... The more activities they do, the more confident they will be around J and humans.
