Healing with the trust technique
Thinking effects our behavour, if nervous, affects emotional state. Recondition mine to think in a peaceful way
Physical healing & emotions are very, very close to one another.A very active brain, thinking level of stress puts stress on the body, affects immune system.Â
Conscious or subconscious level. Thoughts can start to turn subconscious. Don't even have to think about it for it to affect us. Direct link of negative thinking and our health.Â
Cancer, suffering from negative thinking. Family- others who are sensitive, pick it up and affect us.. More human going thru stuff, animal picking it up.Effects immediate family.Â
Accidents - were you present- not paying attention.Â
Exercise- how thoughts affect physical -
PM - scan thru the body. WRite down where you have tension and give it a number
Now scan after thinking something emotional. Will find it stronger and in a different location. Direct correlation. When we do this for animals, reduce mind and see the healing. Stages-eyes opening and closing - level 2- level 0, twitches, deeper sense of relief. Healing state
Healing aids just support healing, we have it to. We need to get out of the way of our healing, our bodies natural healing system can work. REiki- therapy.
No preparation - very strong energy. Trust technique- special, reduce thinking levels,, much better space to do therapy.Â
REiki without bringing mind down, took 4 sessions. But PM bring mind down, took 1 session (like doing 4)
Recipiant will draw that relaxed PM energy through you. Get present first, animal much more receptive.Â
Animal often moves away as not ready for it. Use trust technique, bringing both levels down, very special. Ignites your peaceful intuition on how to help them.Â
