Working with your List:Â Choose what you think would be the easiest topic from your list, preferably form the lower numbers.
Think about it but only until you can just feel it.  Then, move your attention away from thinking about it and get present for 30 seconds. In the beginning, you may feel the feeling present, no problem, maybe instead of the feeling of touch you usually feel, such as the feeling of your clothes touching you, use the sensation of the topic if it's still there. It may go away quit quickly.
For now, think about the topic for about 10 seconds or as long as it takes to get the feeling, acknowledge to yourself that the thoughts are okay, then get present for 30 seconds. REPEAT 5 TIMES on the same topic.
