the process is actually very simple
the communication - the answers /solutions to the questions are usually so very simple and so innocent
1) calm your mind down (hear the sound of silence)

3) interpret the feeling

if you are talking to yourself about it - you've 'lost it'
as soon as you feel your own doubt - thank you but no thank you - can't fight doubt - just thank it - accept it happened - and get peaceful again - start over
present moment is the authentic state - to be truthful in...
the key - is as soon as you get some information - straight away - ask how can I describe it in more detail
this keeps you in the connection
QUESTIONS:
yes, normal to feel something physically yourselfÂ
can pick up on emotions, physical, spiritualÂ
if picking up on their pain or their anger etc etc - let that go by not thinking about them anymore
eg an angry person will have people feeling angry around them ie the law of attraction.
eyes open or eyesclosed- Ok - but with the trust technique (rather than using a photo) you will have eyes open becasue we need to regard the animal in trust technique
re physical- when you ask how do I describe this in more detail - there is the possibility you will feel it physically yourself or in your imagination you might be drawn to an area or a word eg shoulder etc
** the only way you will to continue to wear someone's feelings is if you keep thinking about them**
From a professional viewpoint - when the session is over, it's over, you no longer have to think about that person - eg you might have them booked in for another session when you will find out how they are etc.
If the animal's or person feeling is higher that yours it is likely you will feel that - if it is such s strong feeling you can't help but react.
