ow does situation make you feel. Frustrations, trapped, bored and undernourished; sad, depressed, etc. Then how does this feel if you can locate it in body?Â
Next feeling surfing will help assist you recognising that this is an old track with origins in past. Impacting the nervous system memory and cognitive patterns.
Full attention on feeling to assist connection with memory.
 Think about it and ask yourself when did I experience this feeling before this memory of it. Wait for trace of related memories.Â
3rd video James recognises many of feeling memory stored will take you back to child i.e The original state is a non agitated peaceful state. A state of rest for all of us. As I discovered as a fundamental truth many years ago.
I am keeping a note book all I write here is noted more comprehensively in my note book.
 Repeat exercise until emotions are diluted and not so overwhelming and you are releasing internal holding pattern. We can reframe the experience as one we are conscious of recovering from and not feeling stuck within that pattern.
