All content is for the use of your own animal or animal that you are responsible for. The information on these products/courses is intended for the sole use of your own animals or animals that you have responsibility for. This information cannot be used for any commercial use. This includes placing the understandings in other workshops, literature, digital distribution or any other media. Concepts and terminology are under copyright. All content be it video, audio or written is under copyright. Online sharing of paid membership areas is prohibited and will treated as a breach of copyright.

Consultations

This information cannot be used (by you) for personal consultations with your clients unless you have attended a practitioner level with James French and have been qualified and obtain the necessary insurance provided. Unless qualified you cannot charge for services using content supplied in the members’ area, without exception.

Workshops

This information cannot be used (by you) for workshops, courses, clinics or in any group teachings unless you have attended an instructor level with James French and have been qualified and obtain the necessary insurance provided. Unless qualified you cannot charge for group teaching using content supplied in the members’ area, without exception.

Services

All members content and services including consultation (by James French or practitioner), workshops or products, are complementary to veterinarian work and in no way a substitute for. Advice and techniques given are used at the discretion of you (the owner of the animal or responsible agent) You are the decision-maker and James French or any representative (practitioner) is in no way responsible for any liability resulting from information or actions given.

Any members who show discourtesy within any public community (questions answers, comments, facebook or the like) will be removed from the members’ area.

James French has the right to remove any member without prior warning.

These terms of use will be updated from time to time and can be viewed in your members’ area.
