I've been practising being present through meditation for a long time and I have noticed a general lack of interest in many topics - people are keen to get me talking about certain things (my son for example) and I find I have little or nothing to say. I might say "maybe" or "I don't know" or when I do fall into worrying I know that it is not helpful. These exercises have given me clarity about what is happening. I no longer feel I am just avoiding the issue. I am looking for a better way forward and here it is. Thank you so much.
