Watching your videos and applying what I learnt to my own animals, my two horses has changed my relationship with them for the better and my dear old mare is so much more responsive to me and the requests I have to make of her on a daily basis in order to care for her. I have developed a real understanding of how my own response of frustration and impatience affected her and her willingness and confidence. Thank you so much.
