I really enjoyed this introductory course. I was attracted to it as I love animals and I’m also a long-term meditator, engaged in spiritual study. This technique combines my two loves. I liked the present moment technique and will use is in my daily life as a simple spiritual practice, I can do with my eyes open, anytime, anywhere. I’m very interested in completing the full course at some point. Unfortunately at the moment, I don’t have an animal in my life, so I feel that I wouldn’t be able to consolidate what I learn.
