I found it very grounding. We are in our minds all the time in fact we are slaves to our mind, this keeps us anxious and we've accepted this level of anxiety as normal. Once you do this technique your realise how much of our mind we can let go of and how heavy these thoughts are.
Imagine the animal trying to work things out when we are so fractured and controlling.
I have absolute faith our kitty will benefit greatly from the training I've just received.
