Having just had a taste of what I will be learning in the video course, I'm very excited to begin. I know of the importance of staying "in the 'Now' but have usually been hopeless with it and hope combining my learning with trying to help a very frightened stray cat (Enya, pictured) we will both gain in trust and peace.
