We donate £1500 of courses per rescue centre so that 5 members of staff can learn the Trust Technique to help them help animals in need. We also support their growth with practitioner support.

I found this procedure to be very close to the meditation practices I use daily anyway. I’ve been using a nonthinking silent meditation for years for my own good.
