I am so pleased I attended this course. It was just what I needed I was feeling a bit stuck and looking for something that I could do to help myself and others. It is amazingly simple but really powerful. Meeting like minded people on the course was also wonderful. I am hopefully going to continue studying with James, he is very talented and compassionate.
