I found that everything I do since I was a child until now is what you call very natural and simple . It took me a long time to realise that and distinguish my own feelings from "others'feelings" . I'm now at a point where i "trust" myself to be sure of what I feel . and it is very reconforting (is that an english word) to hear you tell everything I "already know" and feel . Thank you .
