I thoroughly enjoyed the Message of Trust videos. I have helped with rescued animinals for the last 49 years and watching the videos has made me realise just how important it is to be in the "present moment" in my own mind when helping these neglected animals. It has made me realise how much more I can connect with them, by keeping my mind in the "present". Fabulous and thank you to both James and Shelley
