Hi, I really enjoyed the introductory videos, and I learnt a lot about how to connect to other people in a new, calm way, as we don't have an animal. We do have a very barky dog in the next field so we'll try this method on him. I was interested to see the Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth as I go to Sidmouth most years for the folk festival.
