I am just at the beginnings of this process but am enjoying it thoroughly. Taking the time to get present hasn't always been easy for me so following the chapters one by one has really helped me slow down and focus. I'm looking forward to making more connections with my animals, and for those in my future. Love all the video tutorials, they really help me understand the process. I learn best by watching.
