Hello! I am happy -more than that but I lack vocabulary- to have found - by chance- the Trust Technique. It comes to complete my own endeavour and researches towards being here and now : I have developped a "meditation" about going in my feet and stay there. As a very sensitive person, with a touch of asperger, I am easily disturbed by anything. And so I experienced how swiftly I could work when I go in my feet. My familly, friends and collegues know well this answer to their moanings: "go in your feet".

I found a house in the countryside surrounded by a big neglected garden, one acre, and I feel it is a huge responsibility to respect this nature and make it thrive to be a forest garden.
I sit on a stone, there, and I aim to be in contact with the garden as a whole, flora and fauna, to collaborate with this special environment, to feel it's response, to be welcome. now I am confident, I know I'll succeed.
