Bio: Hi,My name is Catharina and I live in the countryside of France. For me, my journey with the Trust Technique started in the autumn of 2022 when I was looking how I could help my horse and myself. A friend of mine sent me a link to The Messages of Trust and I started to dive into it. It was immediately clear to me that the Trust Technique was exactly what I and my animals needed and the relationship with them improved dramatically!

I felt a huge desire to help other people with their animals as well, and so I decided to become a Trust Technique Practitioner. I am now here to share this with you and to teach you how to work with the Trust Technique and I’m looking forward meeting you!
