Throughout my life, I have thrived on community engagement and witnessing the deep animal and human connection.
Becoming a Trust Technique practitioner has given me the ability to deliver compassionate and mindful care to animals and humans, which in turn supports trust, understanding and healing through the Trust Technique principles.
I am based in Southern England on an 80-acre ecosystem restoration community where I co-host gatherings for the local and wider community, all-around reconnection to the natural world.
I am a clinical Hypnotherapist, N.L.P practitioner and a Reiki master
