Chose a quiet time
Sit or stand close
gaze at a point near them, NOT at them (as not to pick up their feelings!)
be present for 30 seconds
gauge their thinking level from 0-10
go back and forth - present moment - watch - present moment -Â at THEIR pace
not tooo much,
can't force peace of mind!
Know that it will work! It is NOT about the strength of your present moment, but patience and persistence
if you try too hard, it won't work
 present moment is non-emotional
