Notes: The Feeling Focus. Helps to keep you on track and feeling animal. At the point you have asked a question and dont' believe you had a feeling coming back, tell yourself this needs my feeling focus - hold the feeling even tho you dont believe you've got it by saying "how best can I describe that feeling" - helps pick up feelings you may feel you didn't get and helps get more information. Use little words - when, why, how, where.

Keeping focus keep focus on the animal, not yourself. Fear and anxiety will interfere. When you ask a question, you will always get a feeling back. Be calm and confident - you will pick up the feelings easily.
Flow writing - keep focus on the animal and write as if you are the animal. When you start thinking doubtfully, that's the time to focus on senses so the mind calms. Â
Feeling focus - a tool to keep you on track - allow you to keep focus with animal. If you dont believe you got a feeling coming back - it might have come back but you didnt' poick it up. Can go with it or can go back into doubt. At that point when you beleive you havent got a feelign, say to yourself, that needs my feeling focus. Hold the feeling even tho you do't beleive you;ve got it. Say to yourself - how can I best describe that feeling - that keeps the focus on the animal.
This helps pick up feelings you feel you didnt' get but also allows you to get more information from the animal. Don;t question yourself - use feeling focus.
Use little words - when, why, how, where to introduce questions. How do you feel? Where do you hurt? When did you get hurt?Â
There is something more important that right or wrong. If you care too much about being right, you will be back into thinking and the comms won't work. Just get on and do it.
