1.  Acknowledgement plus Acceptance, minus thinking equals ‘let go’ (ie. the animal’s reaction was more important than our agenda.  This helps the animal to let go of the fear and see the situation differently).  In this example, Millie the horse’s reaction was observed and acknowledged, her reaction was accepted and she was moved to a difficult environment, then her thinking levels were reduced.  So then in a calm state she returned, more curious than fearful.  New action, new behaviour.  This creates peaceful outcomes.
2. Â Perception is based on how we feelÂ
3. Â Connection is stronger than control. Â The Boss Theory does not support sensitive animals.
4. Â Gratitude and Intuitive Connection: Â This is based on asking for an action, acknowledgement when the animal takes that action, followed by gratitude (which, along with connection is the reward). Â Rewards are differing strengths, ie treats, being heard, comfort, connection. Â Most examples following are done with horses, as it is less common for horses to be rewarded (ie. Â the training and riding gear is fear-based).
5. Animals will clearly learn the REASON for the reward. Â After rewarding, take the thinking levels back down again.
