4 and 5 is where person isn't generating anxiety, has ability to listen and learn. Â A great place for learning. Â Information is understood and learning is retained.
2 and 3 is where we're more aware of our surrounding
0 and 1 is deep state of meditation. Â Emotionally and physically healing. Â REM sleep, or a dreaming state. Â Resolves deeper trauma. Â They relate their deeper healing experience with you which becomes a quantum shift in their relationship with you--you're someone they can trust. Â By-products of peace--trust and confidence. Â
Creative Reaction--the building of trust and connection with the use of presence. We create the feeling they react to. Â 'Right now you can be peaceful'. Â By holding the space of non-thinking. Â Working with a focused presence, holding a state of listening. Understanding them on an emotional and physical level. Â Animals and people share feelings. Â Reaction to fear, and animal and person reacting to each other. Â Or your and the animal's life experience have been similar, like both having experienced abandonment. Â You are responsible for creating the lower levels of feeling. Â Mindful Regard--focused presence, delivered at the pace of the animal. Â Letting go of un-peace. Â The animal feels accepted, listened to, understood and connected. Â Creating the feeling of trust in ourselves and sharing it with the animal. Â Building trust in ourselves where we accept others. Â
