Understanding Mindful Regard
The present moment is a very powerful place.Â
Right now, be peaceful.
A releasing process is by example an animal may release by yawning or itching or look at something that isn't there...there are lots of process's that the animals do when we want to get peaceful.
We also know that we must work at the animal's pace. And do it within the present moment. This is what I mean by mindful regard. If you are getting present with a dog and the dog gets up out of sitting. Then we ask them to sit again, this is a level of regard. Now the dog is at level 3 goinginto level 2. Then using mindful regard I would stop using the present moment and move my focus to all of them and regarded all of them and I have taken all and any pressure off of them by saying 'be peaceful' (stopping the present moment) Then if their head moves upward or to the side think of it as pacing or leading, Some animals get up and move away at 2 or 3 seconds of the present moment. That's all they can handle, then you have to use mindful regard, and observe them, stop using the present moment for that time and use your mindful regard to see how they are doing at that time.
Regard is to consider the other's opinion. Peace is the present moment. Patience is to be able to be patience with their character so they can be who they are at that moment. Then persistence is where they are at that moment. And knowing when to move forward. Look at the animal and ask yourself where are they on a level of one to ten. And then wait for them to naturally come back to where they are and then get present again. Then apply the present moment at the right time.Â
