Notes: The TT has 3 Principles:
1. Creative Reaction
2. Realisation Learning
3. Trusted Cooperation
Video 1 - This tutorial - Creative Reaction.
Taking responsibility - you are the teacher.
The importance of taking responsibility for your animals.
Animals and humans share feelings and helps us to see the bigger picture.
There's a huge difference between pack leader and teacher....
Creative Reaction - principle
Animals have conditioned reactions. (I.e. even from childhood, become conditioned reactions. Later on life, something else might happen, and a feeling will come up. i.e a mum who used to raise her voice. Same feeling may come up in adulthood if someone else raises their voice.)
Also: Â puppy may have been attacked by an German Sheppard and then later, when older, just seeing a German Shepherd may cause it to react. "trigger it into a conditioned reactions ).
Animals and humans very similar. Both have conditioned reactions. If we think about something for long enough it becomes a condition.
Animals also react to our feelings. Nervous horse being lead, person notices, get nervous and reacts back. (Can be positive as well as negative. Love, companionship and trust etc.)
CR, Â we are looking at is that the TT does create a feeling that our animals react to.
Animals very sensitive to our feelings.
With the TT we are not creating an emotion (i.e. happy, sad, glad, mad) - it's more to do with a peaceful feeling.
Peace is more spiritual aspect rather than emotion.
We create an atmosphere that is peaceful.
We create "peace of mind". Right now you can be peaceful.
Video 2 - Taking responsibility
Animals and humans react to each other.
No bad animals just healing *
Animals are very sensitive.
Dog - sense of smell 100,000 more than us.
Horse - sensitive to sound
They are more tuned into their feelings.
Dog know when owners are coming home, well before physical sense of hearing and site. They can pick up on the thought of the owner coming home.
Cats can pick up on the thought of you taking them to the vets.
The highest cancellation are from cats (ref vets).
**if they are sensitive enough to pick up on your thoughts when you are miles away from home, what happens when we feel emotional around them...."loud  speaker to them"  how much are they picking up on.
TT is about healing not correction.
E.g dog reacts aggressively to men. Picking up on owner's sensitivity to men, (had been attacked as a child). Dog protecting owner.
Owner comes home stressed from work. Dog picks up on this and starts chewing carpet. Owner corrects dog. But it's the owner's stress that caused the dog's behavior in the first place. By correcting the dog, the feeling is only going to be displaced and come out somewhere else (in another behavior or physically). The cause - the owner's stress is still there.Â
This is why the TT works with bigger process - healing process.
Owner comes in stressed. Dog feels. Starts chewing carpet. The human approaches dog, conducts PM.....dog goes to sleep...owner had to find their PM which means letting go of stress and both animal and human found peace.
The animal can be seen as the human emotional barometer.
This can also works with deeper issues human carry around on a subconscious level that as humans, situations we are not even aware of but our animals are picking up on.
Exercise
This will show you where feeling is coming from and opens healing process. Allows us to be fully responsible and why it is happening.
Reaction is the feeling reflection.
It doesn't matter what the animal is, it's very easy, when they're fearful to react to them. When this reaction happens, we can very easily spiral out of control.... react, react, spiral...can turn into panic...if people are shrieking at animals, they are reacting.
Three ways animals and humans react:
1. Animal react to human issues.
- Human producing an emotion. Animal living in that environment, they are  going to pick up on that feeling. Then the animal shows a behavioral problem, the human, because they are already stressed, react to this and the spiral starts.Â
2. Human reacts to animal issue. Dog from rescue center. Had a hard time. Very sensitive. Human concerned about dog as can see emotion around animal and its behavioral problems. The human starts asking "why, why, why?" and reacting - the human starts wearing that. The animal, because they are sensitive, can feel the emotion - and there's the spiral effect.
3. Both share similar experiences. Past experiences (not together). Those past experiences have affected them and they are wearing a particular emotion.
I.e a human went out looking for one particular animal and came back with something completely different. "we just had to have this animal". Ref Law of attraction, attracted to each other. Not just sharing affection but sharing this emotion. Very easy for both of them to react to each other.
I.e human had childhood issues - was adopted. Chose an animal who had been given up by its family. Sharing same feeling. Difference experience but sharing same feeling.
The  beauty of TT - works on all three situations. Human responsible for creating peaceful trust feeling, which is then shared with the animal, it does address the bigger picture. The human does have to be peaceful to deliver this to the animal. Meaning they are no longer emotional or reacting.
We need to move away from the thought that animals are wrong and need correcting and move away from the pack leader mentality .... there is a much better approach that benefits all of us...
Pack leader comes from mentality that dogs come from wolves...their genes do...but dogs have developed....from man's breeding... (includes, cats, horses...have been bred to suits wants and needs....emotions so similar to us....they are reflecting our emotions...
**The true leader of any pack is the peaceful one, not the assertive one**
***Even wildlife presenters....all questioning the leader theory***
**There is no documentation or evidence that in a wolf pack, the dominant one is the leader..... this is human thinking and understanding and a long way from animal truth**
Feeling surfing
Whose picking up on whose feelings. Are you picking up on their feelings or are they picking up on yours.
Create feeling of the situation that you have with your animal (if you have a problem).
My example.
1. Think of situation.
Zne. Dog barking at postman. Anxious/stress.
Feeling it my throat....energy there....anxiety. [Physical feeling].
Can mean specific things.Â
Ask yourself where is that feeling
Go back to situation so you have the feeling
(2. hold the feeling)
Ask where else in my life do I feel this particular feeling?
(Mm/fm sit./massively).
Come back and do the same thing. Think of situation. Ask myself the question...(so feeling it on a physical level).... hold the feeling...the question...is:
When have I felt this feeling before....? (so mind going backwards in time)
Wrk, Wrk, then Rtl, Dd, as a chld.....
Create feeling again, re situation with the animal.... B4, B4, B4...continue until nothing there...
Results and what it means.
Situation with animal and gives you a specific feeling. Held the feeling and asked questions, where else in my life do I feel that feeling...and also tracked it back in your past...
Three areas, may have come up:
1. If nothing came up - Â a very new feeling (possibly the animal's issue, may be a new animal, a rescue animal, brought it into your life, seen the behaviour, don't know how to help them, so have reacted to them, or they've made you feel fearful).
In this scenario, it is the animal, and the human is reacting to the animal.
2. Something current did come up.
e.g. lady's dog was aggressive with other people when the went outside. The lady said it was her work. Manager, no-one listening to her. Bringing that feeling home. So her animal wasn't listening to her either.
Possibly could be - your animal, is picking up on your feeling that you are creating... and wearing it as their own. Reacting to you and you reacting back to them. So you started it and now they are sharing it (*there is no right or wrong here). Lucky to have an animal sensitive enough to highlight these areas, so you can work through them.
3. Something did come up in your past (when?).
Can be a deep journey.....can go further back, and back.... held the feeling, when else have I felt this?..can go back years...70% current feeling, send backwards....keep going back to childhood.
a) animal could be reacting to you...yes, you've had this feeling all of your life. You've brought a sensitive animal into your life and you are reacting to that feeling.
Or:
b) law of attraction...animal and you have had very similar experiences....
This tutorial....gives you the Whys?
The why is not important to the solution...the solution is completely different.
The why is important to get our heads around... if it helps you to decide that this is something both of you can travel and that there is a healing process, rather than dominating an animal and  being assertive because it needs correcting.
These results give you a lot more info.
Video - German shepherd - (with muzzle on - safety/waited until dog has calmed down).
Exercise...where all this is coming from...where the feeling is coming from.
Q to owner.... "a way of assessing feelings..."
Is there any particular incident that happened when she attacked those dogs...which stands out in your mind and has been a real worry for you?
A - she had a go at the dog and then had a go at the owner...that's what made me realise I have big problem
[pointed at the dog, when she said that...felt energy in that hand gesture...]
[dog panting and alert....tension from owner - dog on lead...]
J - asked owner to remember that time and to focus on the feeling....it is the feeling that J's is interested in...Â
[I feel stressed, listening/observing...in my throat/chest]
J - asked client, "I'd like you to think back to that time and how it made you feel"
[James observing dog, whilst owner thinks]
Dog looks directly at owner....pricked ears...eyes whitish...Â
Then dog looked at James, when he spoke..
Q - "asked client to explain, how best you can describe that feeling...."
- petrified....
- think about it again until petrified feeling comes up again....
Dog very focused on her owner....[such a lovely dog - feeling love and concern, but also awareness she is being helped].....
Hold the feeling....and ask the question..."where else in my life do I feel this particular feeling?"
"Did it land on anything, are you ok to tell me this....?"
Came up when she did her first Reiki level...
Exam.....felt petrified then.....
Hold the feeling...
"When did I feel that before...go back in time, before Reiki time..." where it lands...
First presentation in front of people (not confident)...doing really well, being really honest....go back in time...hold the feeling, when did you feel it before the presentation...go back to remembering....further and further....
[dog getting relaxed, head rested, eyes sleepy]
Got to the point of nothing....when back to work...interview...got it, petrified.....about work and presentations....
[dog relaxed...]
High possibility that she is picking up on that feeling and reflecting it back to you....
Second video - white Scotty dog
J - "when she panics how does it make you feel?"
C - "sad because I don't know why and also I don't know how to help her - worry".
J - "poring at settee...went up on sofa....I went to get a drink, she was gone...[I feel sick in my tummy, butterflies....]
Owner describes how it makes her feel in her tummy....devastating...shocked...
[dog relaxed on floor, sleeping, whilst owner describing].....
"feeling surfing with you...." owner goes back to feeling how she felt the night before"
- "so remember last night..just holding that feeling...
[dog wakes up immediately, starts licking it's front paws]
"if you ask yourself, where else in my life do I feel that feeling...where does your mind go to..."
[dog stops licking....stretches out body....
C..."whenever I feel sad news..oh gosh what can I do about that, can I do something about that, I feel tension going though me.."
[dog alert, not relaxed....walking around...]Â
J - "look how she is suddenly up now...she was flat out relaxed, now she's up and moving, so that's quite interesting.."
[dog lay down away from owner, lay down looked at her, wagged her tail...in a concerned, nervous way...]
Next question I'd like to ask you is...I'd like you to remember how you felt, when she moved away last night....
When else have you felt this feeling...go backwards in time...
[dog looking at her on the floor. There is another Scotty dog on the sofa with client...relaxed and asleep, but turned away from client...now getting restless too].
Well done....client gets upset...don't have to tell me...point to photos...lost husband...such a shock...[want to cry] client crying...finds Christmas hard...James was calm and kind but not emotional...
Triggered....[dog lying away from her but towards her, I felt, concerned...] lady upset..(strong emotion).....such a shock losing him...
J - "she" dog, very close to you...flopped down as client released that....
Second tutorial....
Creating peace of mind with those emotions come up..... one thing to recognise...really big healing process...to take ownership...recognise some of these feelings is half the battle...
The second part is how we eliminate those emotions...and create peace of mind.
Once we've done this, we will learn how we can turn reaction into a state of creation.
**There is no way you can create a new outcome when you are reacting all of the time - wrong mindset**
So once we've found some peace, we can then start being really creative. This in turn will change feeling for your animal.
That's what it's all about. They've shown you the situation, we are now working together...to help change your animals.
You're going to become the trusted teacher.
If you have been reacting with your animal's emotion, how can they look at you as someone to trust?Â

You're going to become the trusted teacher.
If you have been reacting with your animal's emotion, how can they look at you as someone to trust?Â
i.e. a dog has fear aggression with other dogs, yet you are scanning the country, for dogs to avoid...if one appears around the corner, you fear levels go sky high....how can you dog trust you...in his eyes, you're more afraid of dogs than he is...
E.g bumble bee....children ran away. James...stroked..bee...if James had run away....his children would have been fearful of bees too...
What are you going to be...?
Are you going to be a fear teacher or are you ready to change your feelings so that you can become the trusted teacher?
Second part of the tutorial:
Show us how to have the strength, so no longer reacting... and that you can really bring your animal into the Present Moment. Later on....when working on exercises on time and distance....going to need that strength...
Taking Responsibility - part 2
Making emotions peaceful - by using the PM.
1. Think of the situation again, re create the feeling....think about it enough so you can feel it on the emotion and physical.....
This time, just feel it on the physical....
So if it is a feeling in your tummy, think about it so you can just feel that feeling in your tummy....
As soon as that happens, put attention into the PM> for 30 seconds...
Think about it, only so you just get the feeling then move into the PM.
Get Present for 30 seconds.
Stay still, [focus on spot], senses [sensation of] on listening to a sound and touch... for 30 seconds.
Repeat - 1,2, 5 times.
Think about situation, so you just get to feel it physically, move attention away and get present....
If physical feeling becomes a distraction....use it instead...when you get present (rather than using sensation of touch) use the feeling as the sensation...
Don't judge it as right or wrong, it is just a sensation...
2nd one - then keep repeating it
1. Think about situation again, until can just feel it on the physical.
2. As soon as you feel it on the physical, get Present. (If the physical sensation is there, and is a distraction, focus on that as well).
30 seconds....
3. And again...here's the process..
Think about the situation so you can just feel it...the move attention and get present for 30 seconds.Â
Think about the situation, got the feeling, move attention away and be present for 30 seconds....
(Done 3, 2 more goes....so again)...
Think about the situation, remember it, get the feeling, as soon as physical get present, 30 seconds...
(one more time....) same thing....
Think about the situation until you can just feel it, as soon as you feel it, move your attention, find your spot to look at and get present (listen, feel touch, keep your body still, get present for 30 seconds...)Â
The results (examples)
1. You are bringing peace into old reactions (reactional states) so our memories are quite engrained. They are reactional points.Â
If you have had a bad experience and remember it so vividly, and then have a similar experience, warning triggers go off and become nervous then the animal becomes nervous.
So what we are doing first, is thinking about the situation first, then getting present.
The power of this - the PM is like a truth filter. Old memories, emotions are like a drama (but like tv, not all of it is true).
When you put PM (truth filter) onto old memories, it's start dissolving the emotion and see it in a completely different way. One that is a lot more confident. No longer are you rehearsing in your mind the memory of being fearful, afraid or upset...but starting to rehearse getting Present. So next time in that scenario, rather than reacting...will have a stronger PM - very valuable.
2. Was getting hard to feel the situation. PM started to dissolve the emotion. You have the memory but difficult to feel the emotion. Or not even sure if it happened anymore. Great to get to this point. Moved past the reaction.
Will look at situation in a completely different light already.
3. May find, the emotion got stronger. That's fine as well. The feeling was even stronger than you initially imagined. Could get stronger and stronger and then it will start dissipating and start releasing it and getting to that point where you can remember and it's not emotional anymore, it's just peaceful.
All it means is I need to do the exercise more. If still doesn't change, need to go a little bit deeper by using the TT for people.
4. The emotion did not change. Same as 3. It may also be that that you are thinking about it for too long...if feeling is too strong, hard to work with and very distracting - (only think about it enough just to get the feeling of the emotion...that is the sign to get Present....) or it's just very deep and very strong...then go to TT for people (later in tutorial)....

German Shepherd...
[Dog focussed on client, ears pricked]
J - "and this time, not going to track feeling back..going to remember it, then you're going to get present...this time very specifically about her and the incident ... J will talk her through it but just needs her assistance...as to when she her mind is back to being present again..."
[dog panting....ears pricked, focussed on client]
As the mindset comes down, dog getting sleepy, relaxed....eyes soft, close, level 2, level 1, [I found myself yawning....]
Help dog go into healing stage of zero..sleeping on the floor....by staying present...

We can see that the dog, is letting go of a huge amount (2 Â x men in the room, shes' relaxed.....big for her....released a huge amount of energy, in her muzzle....).
How does this help...?
There is usually a much bigger picture - opens that space up for you. Not just about you, it's also about relationship with each other.. If you have a problem and help them through it, the relationship is much closer, than if you didn't have the problem in the first place.
Helps to enhance the PM.
- specifically for your animal 1) practicing it on your issues, 2) making PM through rehearsal....going to be a lot stronger...when a situation actually arises...Â
Takes the responsibility off your animal
When an animal is upset, they don't  listen to the people around them - because they have taken the responsibility themselves.
It' s lovely to take the responsibility off the animals....sense of relief.Â
BIG STEP - taking responsibility in a peaceful way.
Gives  you the strength to be the teacher.Â
