1. peaceful enviroment 2. after a while they will realise that you are creating this atmosphere 3. choose a quiet time 4. sit or stay close to them - nearby 5. don't look at them - but nearby 6. go in the present moment for 30sec 7. and then look at them and check from 1-10 - 8-10: nervous/panik - 5: relace - 4: laying down - 3: eyes getting soft - 2: eyes opening and closing - 1: eyes fully closed - 0: healing state 8. if theyturn aroundor something...Imove a bit so they come back to me 8. go back present 9. and so on 10. they release and are 0 healing state We are following thier pace 11. I can touch gentle - to show that I am proud of them 12. then I can finish the session

As longer we stay in peaceful mind as more pain can release - it can be very uncomfortable so - they show neediness - come to you and try to make you thinking - again push them away gentle and go again in the present moment
