4 - when you feel you have their attention say the words "I love you" and see what feeling you get back
5 - if the feeling you get back is warm and serene then you are at peace with them, if the feeling you get back is pain then you need to go through the process over several times until you are at peace and the feelings of pain have reduced beyond the feelings of pain and you feel loveÂ
