how does it make you feel...imagine as though happening now..write down the feeling-fear-feel that emotion..where is it in your body-think about the fear and feel it in the body-where? 10 secs to experience it.give it full attention...when else have aI felt this particular feeling...write down whatever comes up..go back to current situation.build feeling up. once you have it ask yourself when did I feel it before that time that I have just written down. Focus on the feeling. Your mind will do the work. Keep repeating this until you can go back no further...to finish..go back to that feeling memory and ask yourself how strong is feeling from 0-10. to clear - get present. get body still and go into present moment - begin to think about memory. when you just feel it go back to being present.30 secs. always start by being present... bring the feeling up till you just feel it and repeat present moment till you are peaceful.bring down to a count of 3 or less
