'present moment constipation' = trying too hard to stay present.
'Peace of mind' - the gaps between the thinking and feeling (it is a psiritual part).
The key is the physical becasue you are right here, right now.
grounds us...all meditation on soem level focuses on the body (breath, sensations of body etc).
Use our body - put all of our attention here
