Think about it, notice the feeling in your body and rank it.
- Think about it, til you feel it in your body - Get present for 30 sec. - Repeat 5 x
Then notice the feeling again and rank it again - Feeling is going down, your starting to       overrate the resistence - Feeling is increased, your were avoiding the   situation and now acknowledge it, repeat the   practice 5x - It stayed the same, work a bit longer on it, like 5 x.
