Find an issue. Write down how it makes you feel. Where in the body do you feel it. When did you have that feeling sometime before this one: And before that. And before that. Until you can come no longer back. How intens is the feeling from 1-10?
1. Get present for about 30 sec. 2. Think about that memory/feeling just som that you slightly feel it. 3. And back to present moment.
Repeat until levels is down to 3. Keep longer present moments if feeling is intense.Â
