Bio: Hi, I’m Lou. I live in County Durham with my husband Mike and 3 dogs, Jessi, Bobbi and Lilli.

I discovered the Trust Technique when looking for a way to help Bobbi with his reactivity and Jessi with her nervousness. I knew then I wanted to qualify as a Trust Technique Practitioner so that I could help others use this amazing, gentle method.

It brings me great joy to see the animals and their humans experiencing the benefits, so I established ZenDeLou to help many more discover and share in the delight of the Trust Technique.
