Dear James and Shelly, I have had some experience with AC in Germany years ago. I practiced it sometimes but I don`t use it regulary. With your course I just restarted to practice and I remembered how wonderful it is. You explain all so very nice an help to go through the processes - thank you very much! The possibility to practice with the photos of the members here is great.
