I felt guided to purchase the first course (3 video course). I was unsure of what to expect. When I followed the exercises outlined in the program, I found it truly transformational in guiding me to hold my space and to remain in the present using James' simple exercise. I don't own pets, but I do love animals and nature. Animals are beautiful sentient beings. I use this technique to bring calm and peace before saying mantras and performing reiki or self-reflection, as this technique can be used in all situations.
