I found this course so informative, and it gave me many reasons to feel confident about communicating. I now need to go away and practise, practise and even more practise. The techniques are clearly explained, and the feedback from those attending is very interesting and helpful to hear. I shall refer back to the audiotapes and videos if I need a boost.
