I joined this course last year, but didn’t have time to go into it then. I’ve been struggling with fatigue . On my way to recovery, I’ve had to learn a lot about myself. Healing trauma in my body, learning to work through feelings, yoga, meditation. I feel like this approach will help me further on my own healing, and also help the animals in my life. I’m really looking forward to deep dive into the material now❤️
