I am so grateful to have stumbled across James' introduction to The Trust Technique and for the Messages of Trust. I don't believe I've ever encountered such clear and simple instructions for becoming present--and what a gift that is! Certainly it requires practice, but with James' guidance, that can be easily achieved. I am continuing with the video course and look forward to sharing the Trust Technique with my animals, but like many others I intend to go slowly and truly integrate Presence. I do believe that as planetary energies shift this becomes more important as well as more supported. This is a timely offering as we all grow in connection with one another and all life. Thank you for bringing this to us and the animals now.
