I am so happy to have found "Messages of Trust". Your introduction to your vision and offering is truly inspiring, the examples are clear and the way you guide through the process is very engaging. I have not yet meditated in my life, and I found these first steps and experiences quite easy, guiding me into a peaceful inner state.
