I have to admit that I went through the Messages of Trust 3 times before finding that special 'peaceful moment'. I think (there's that word again!) that I found it difficult at first because of noise distractions but I persevered and eventually it seemed to just 'click'. Friends and family laugh at the way animals just seem to take to me so I'd love to be able to put this course to use with animals in the near future.
