I loved these videos and their messages. I'm going to practise getting present everyday.. especially when some thought annoys or upsets me.
I don't have any animals at the moment. My job makes that impossible at the moment. I'm a pilot and spend more than half the year away from home 4-6 weeks at a time, but this technique will help on a human to human level as well and goodness knows, we can all use more trust, understanding and harmony with each other.
